FAQ

Quick answers to common questions about ordering, materials, shipping, and care — with links to longer pages where useful.

Ordering & Payment

Do you accept USD only?
Yes — all prices are shown and charged in USD.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards are accepted at checkout and processed through Stripe.

Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
Taxes are calculated and shown at checkout for European Union orders and omitted for non-European Union orders.

Are customs fees or taxes included in the price?
Customers outside the European Union may be charged additional customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost. I keep base pricing as fair as possible so collectors everywhere can access the work.

Editions & Materials

What’s the difference between Limited and Regular Editions?
All prints are printed using the same high‑quality pigment inks. Limited Editions are archival — signed, numbered, and printed on museum‑grade, 100%-cotton paper. Regular Editions are non‑archival — the same artwork printed on quality poster paper to keep the price accessible.

Do you offer framing or custom sizes?
No — I don’t offer framing or custom sizes. Paper size and image area are listed on each product page, and materials are explained in About prints.

Where can I read more about papers and inks?
See About prints for the papers I use (Canson Rag Photographique, Hahnemühle Photo Rag Pearl, Hahnemühle Studio Enhanced) and Epson Ultrachrome Pro12 pigment inks.

Shipping

Where do prints ship from?
From my studio in Sweden. I personally manage the packing and shipping process.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — I ship worldwide, subject to current PostNord service availability.

How long does shipping take?
Production time is short; transit time depends on destination and carrier. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–14 business days.

Will I pay import duties or customs fees?
International orders may be subject to duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

How are prints packed?
Prints are inspected by hand and packed carefully — typically rolled in a tube with protective paper and plastic. For more information, see my Shipping Policy.

Refunds & Returns

Can I return a print if I change my mind?
No. Due to the collectible and limited nature of these artworks, returns are not accepted. If your print arrives damaged, contact me and I’ll make it right.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
If your print is damaged or defective on arrival, please take clear photos of the packaging and the print, and reach out via the contact form. I’ll arrange a replacement.

Care & Framing

How should I handle and display the print?
Handle by the edges, avoid touching the printed surface, and frame behind glass or acrylic with UV protection. Keep out of direct sunlight and high humidity. See About prints for more care notes.
