If there is anything you would like to ask before ordering, or if you have a question about an existing order, you are welcome to contact me here.
Rinus’ Art is a one-person studio. I make the artwork, produce the prints, pack the orders, and handle correspondence myself, so replies come directly from me. This also means that I may not answer immediately, but I do try to reply within one or two business days.
If your question is about an order, please include the order number so I can find the relevant details more easily.
Before writing
Some practical questions may already be answered elsewhere on the site. The FAQ covers common questions about ordering, editions, printing, shipping, returns, handling, and display.

You are still welcome to write if something is unclear. I would rather answer a question before an order than leave an uncertainty that could have been resolved beforehand.
What to include
If your message concerns an order, please include:
- your order number;
- the email address used for the order;
- a clear description of the question or issue;
- photos of the item and packaging if the message concerns damage during shipping.
If your message is about a print before ordering, it is helpful to mention the product name and the size or edition you are considering.
