Refund Policy

At Rinus’ Art, every print is produced with care and handled attentively. Returns for change of mind or preference are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery using the form on the Contact page. Include clear photos of the item and packaging, and keep all materials until we advise next steps.

I will work with you to either:

  • Replace the print (if stock is available), or
  • Provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-returnable Items

  • All prints and artworks (to preserve quality and authenticity)
  • Custom or commissioned artworks

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after confirmation. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post funds.
