Refund Policy — Rinus’ Art
At Rinus’ Art, every print is produced in limited numbers and handled with great care. To ensure each collector receives artwork in pristine condition, returns for change of mind or preference are not accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rinus.art with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to either:
Replace the print (if stock is available), or
Provide a full refund to your original payment method.
Non-returnable Items
All prints and artworks (to preserve quality and authenticity).
Custom or commissioned artworks.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after confirmation.
