This website with the domain rinus.art (“Website”) is registered under Rinus AB, the company based in Sweden (“We”/”Us”/”Our”, etcetera). We sell art made by Rinus predominantly in the form of prints (“Products”).
Visitors to this website (“You”/”Your”) are making use of its services (“Services”) as are customers (“Customers”) purchasing Products.
Products
All Products are created by Rinus and in the case of prints printed by Us in Sweden.
Currency
Transactions can only be processed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and are processed and converted by the applicable payment gateway or payment service provider. Additional fees for conversion from other currencies towards Swedish Krona (SEK) may therefore be applied by certain payment processors.
The currency on this Website can be chosen as US dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or Swedish Krona (SEK). This is only a tool to make it easier to use the Services for You that might not be familiar with Swedish Krona (SEK).
The exchange rate is updated daily based on XE (www.xe.com). Due to various reasons like delay, conversion, or similar technical reasons, the price charged or withdrawn might be slightly different than was visible at the moment of purchase.
Pricing and availability
Prices are subject to change at any time. The leading currency is Swedish Krona (SEK) and other currencies are based on set prices in this currency (see above).
The pricing on this Website includes VAT for countries in which this is applicable.
Promo codes must be used before their expiration date and abuse or any form of falsification of promo codes will result in Us declining their validity.
Shipping
The Products will be shipped within 7-14 days after receiving the payment. In specific circumstances like exceptional high amount of orders, personal injury, family-related affairs, or major events out of Our control, there may be a delay in shipping. Affected Customers will be notified via email in case of a delay in expected shipping time.
Products are shipping with PostNord which might use their own network of partners like DHL, GLS, or UPS. Products might not be tracked at all times. Delivery time or duration cannot be guaranteed and is based on an average based on experience.
Customers based outside of the European Union might be subjected to additional taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. We do not have any control on how local fees are calculated or assigned. We are not liable for any additional cost which might be incurred after the ordered Product has been shipped.
Loss or damage
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods.
You agree to indemnify Us and hold Us harmless from and against any and all liabilities or expenses arising from or in any way related to Your use of this Website or the Services or the purchase of Products, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and solicitors fees of every kind and nature incurred by You or any third parties through You.
Refunds
If the delivered Products are different to those you ordered, you may exchange the Products or request a refund. Reach out to Us for agreeing on the request. The request should contain your order number, contact information, description of the reason for the refund or exchange, and photos supporting the request.
Once the request is received and examined, we will send the Customer an approval or rejection. The Customer is liable for paying shipping costs for returning the purchased Products. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
A returned Product will not accepted in case it has been damaged in the return transit due to insufficient packaging. In case the Product is damaged due to the insufficient packaging, it will be sent back to the Costumer at the Costumer’s expense.
